Director - Digital Marketing Insights
Your tasks and responsibilities
The Director, Digital Marketing Insights is responsible for creating the vision and roadmap to foster a deeper understanding of consumer and shopper journeys through innovative digital approaches. This role will act as a champion and change agent in leading the organization to leverage digital insights for precision marketing across the full Consumer Health (CH) portfolio. Additionally, this role will enable the Brand Accelerator team in developing a scalable approach for crowdsourcing digital signals to identify emerging trends, brands, capabilities and business models.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Director, Digital Marketing Insights, are to:
* Leads vision and end-to-end process to gain full understanding of consumer and shopper journeys and convert insights to action. Ensures consumer and shopper journeys are developed across digital and real-world touchpoints. Partners with the Digital team to enable precision marketing along the consumer path to purchase;
* Champions the development of a toolbox of innovative digital and social media approaches that generate digital insights for media activation;
* Champions innovative and agile digital crowdsourcing for co-creation of product innovation with consumers. Partners with the Consumer Insights team to ensure consumer co-creation is closely tied to consumer needs and jobs-to-be-done;
* Collaborates with the Brand Accelerator team in developing a scalable approach for tracking and interpreting early market signals to identify emerging trends, brands, capabilities and business models;
* Acts as a thought leader on emerging digital insights approaches and technologies, articulating opportunities internally and externally. Ensures the integration of digital insights with key business processes.

Required Qualifications:
* B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent required. MBA/Master's degree preferred;
* 12+ years of progressively responsible experience, preferably within market research, omni-channel, brand marketing, digital advertising or related consumer focused field;
* Comfort with the ambiguity of innovative new research methods and proven track record of implementing new techniques using digital assets;
* Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills and the ability to interface at the senior level with third parties/development partners;
* Customer Focus and the ability to influence strategic direction;
* Ability to synthesize disparate data sources/observations into concise and compelling communication;
* Lean innovation startup mentality.
